5. Tax Benefits and Donation Receipts
Guru 99 Trust has 80G approval. Eligible donations may qualify for deductions under applicable provisions of the Income-tax Act, 1961, subject to the donor satisfying the applicable statutory requirements. The availability and amount of any tax deduction depend on applicable law and the donor's individual circumstances. Information on this website concerning tax benefits is provided for general information and should not be treated as tax or legal advice. Donation receipts will be issued using the information supplied by the donor. Donors should ensure that their name, address, PAN and other required details are accurate.
6. Donation Cancellation and Refunds
Donations are generally voluntary contributions and should be made only after carefully reviewing the amount and purpose of the contribution. If a donation has been made due to a technical error, duplicate transaction, or incorrect amount, the donor should contact Guru 99 Trust as soon as reasonably possible with the transaction details. Payment gateway or banking charges already incurred may be non-refundable where permitted by law.

Submission of a volunteering request does not automatically guarantee acceptance into a Guru 99 Trust program. Eligibility and selection may depend on the requirements of the relevant program, availability of resources, documentation submitted, verification procedures, and other criteria established by Guru 99 Trust. The Trust reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or discontinue programs where reasonably necessary.
9. Partnerships and CSR Initiatives
Companies, educational institutions, NGOs, volunteers, donors, and other organizations may contact Guru 99 Trust regarding partnerships, sponsorships, or CSR initiatives. Any partnership becomes effective only after the parties agree to the applicable terms and, where appropriate, execute the required agreement or documentation. Information submitted through a partnership enquiry does not itself create a contractual relationship with Guru 99 Trust.
